Pricing & VAT

All prices are shown excluding VAT, unless specified otherwise. VAT (where applicable) is calculated based on the shipping destination and invoicing requirements.

We accept credit/debit card payments and bank transfers.

Orders will only be processed and dispatched once payment has been successfully received and cleared.

For bank transfers, please include your order number in the payment reference to avoid processing delays.

Any additional bank fees or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Lead times may vary depending on stock availability and order volume. Any extended lead times will be communicated promptly.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners: FedEx and UPS. Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method.

Customers may opt to use their own courier; in such cases, please provide full shipping details and any required documentation.

CO2Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

Product Claims

All claims related to damage or defects must be reported to us within 5 business days of receipt and must include supporting photos or videos for assessment. Please note that no replacements or returns should be offered to the customer before receiving confirmation from CO2Art. All claims must be evaluated and approved by our team first.

Warranty

Products are covered by a standard 2-year warranty.

Warranty claims may require return of the item for inspection. CO2Art reserves the right to repair or replace faulty products as deemed appropriate.

WEEE & Environmental Responsibility

The responsibility for the collection, treatment, and environmentally sound disposal of WEEE arising from products purchased from CO2Art rests solely with the purchaser, in accordance with Article 13 of Directive 2012/19/EU (B2B).
